AMEA brings 18+ years of hands-on experience in EU-funded research and innovation, paired with practical training and capacity building for teams across Europe. We help organisations move from idea to funded project to clean, audit-ready delivery. That means identifying the right calls, shaping a credible strategy, building strong consortia, and writing proposals with realistic work plans, budgets, and impact logic.
Once funded, we support end-to-end project management: governance, coordination, monitoring, financial control, compliance, reporting, and communication. We also train and coach partners to strengthen internal systems, so good delivery becomes repeatable rather than dependent on a few individuals.
We work across major EU programmes including Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, LIFE, EIT, Digital Europe, EMFAF, CERV, and related instruments. Our thematic focus includes digital innovation and skills, sustainability education, blue economy and circular solutions, climate resilience, and coastal and maritime ecosystems.
Partners choose PAMEA for structured guidance from call analysis through final reporting, strong consortium coordination, audit-ready financial documentation, and clear impact pathways aligned with policy priorities.
PAMEA is a member of the European Alliance for Apprenticeships (EAfA), the Pact for Skills, and the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF).
